A rebuild of a 2016 WordPress platform into a moving portal with self-registration for companies.
/The problem
The platform had run on WordPress since 2016: technically outdated, slow and hard to maintain. The concept behind it still held up, though.
A portal that moving companies enter themselves and that inquiries run through deserves a clean, fast underpinning.
/The system
I rebuilt the platform completely: 19 city landing pages, 88 listed moving companies and self-registration with admin approval. Companies sign themselves up.
On top came a price calculator v2 with its own lead backend that captures and forwards inquiries in a structured way.
