Moving Ecosystem
Three interlocking moving properties that took a young GbR (a German civil-law partnership) to 14,300 EUR in revenue from 6 jobs in July 2026.

/The problem
Established moving companies in the region folded one after another: barely any inquiries left, vans sold, businesses deregistered. The market had long run through Google and Google Maps, yet almost no one there was visible with a site that builds trust.
In exactly that situation a new GbR started with no reputation, no existing customers, no online presence. The task was clear: from zero visibility, build a system that brings inquiries and jobs on a predictable schedule.
/The system
I built the online presence, the infrastructure and every IT system, while my partner does the hands-on work. That split of roles was agreed honestly from the start and is the reason both could grow fast.
Instead of a single website, an ecosystem of three interlocking properties took shape: a main site as the hub, a second funnel in Hannover and an advice portal that moving companies enter themselves.
Main site: umzugservice-braunschweig.de
The hub of the ecosystem. 68+ pages, a price calculator with a direct WhatsApp handoff, MovingCompany schema and llms.txt. It ranks 1 on Google and Google Maps in Braunschweig, Germany, and the surrounding area.

Hannover funnel: karakan-umzuege.de
A second, lean funnel for the Hannover market: 29 URLs, a fixed-price calculator and a call forward to the hub, set up along an 8-phase SEO plan. A second market opened up with no local team of its own. The domain has since been shut down.

Portal: umzugs123.de
An advice portal and a company database that moving companies enter themselves. In many cities it ranks near the top as a partner database and feeds extra inquiries into the ecosystem.

In the same months that established firms were folding, our own GbR went from nothing to 14,300 EUR in revenue from 6 jobs in July 2026, its strongest month. The first moving date was in March. What carried it was the visibility of the ecosystem.
The big jobs came in through the website. A retail chain represented nationwide and an internationally active language-school chain with a location in Braunschweig praised the site and preferred to hire us, even at higher prices, because the website builds more trust than a big name.
What happened to the competition
This dominance is no accident. I build systems for winners, and the market sorts out the rest.

014,300 EUR
revenue from 6 jobs in July 2026The most-reviewed provider in the region is also the cheapest. He no longer drives out for on-site surveys, instead he asks prospects to photograph their entire apartment and email him the pictures. On practically every quote we are 30 to 40 percent more expensive, and the customers sign with us anyway.
People would rather pay more when the presentation shows the work is clean, punctual and dependable. One customer already had a quote of 1,000 EUR for a clearance service, but we do not take the job under 2,500 EUR, and she hired us anyway. That is exactly the trust the website builds before we have said a single word.

A similar process with no system yet? I build things like this for others too.
