Karakan Moving
The Hannover funnel of the Moving Ecosystem: a lean landing-page machine with a fixed-price calculator, since shut down.
/The problem
The Hannover moving market was to be opened up as a second funnel, with no local team of its own. Inquiries were to run cleanly to the hub in Braunschweig, Germany.
/The system
Karakan was a lean landing-page machine on Next.js 15: 29 URLs, a fixed-price calculator, WhatsApp autofill and a call forward to the hub. IDN and Punycode were solved cleanly from day 1, plus llms.txt as well as IndexNow and the Google Indexing API fully automated.

The build itself is part of the story: about 19,500 words of content and 26 routes came together in under 1 hour, through AI agents orchestrated in parallel. As the Hannover funnel, Karakan fed the Moving Ecosystem until the domain was shut down.
